Before you write
- A problem with your bill or service? We can’t see or change your account. Call the customer service number on your bill. If your utility doesn’t resolve it, you can file a complaint with your state’s public utility commission.
- Trouble paying your bill? Call 211 to find energy assistance near you, or ask your utility about payment plans and budget billing.
- Think a number on our site is wrong? Tell us the state and the page, and we’ll check it against the latest EIA data.
- Advertising or partnership inquiries are welcome at the same address.
